the location felt secluded, filled with the soothing sounds of birds each morning, such a good awakening!!! the staff were helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. i found the rooms were spacious and meticulously clean. comfortable beds ensured restful nights.
the lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim, making it hard to see well for detailed grooming.

the family room i booked was quite spacious. it provided a lot of family-friendly facilities for children and adults. these facilities are located very close to the resort.
the hot water system didn't work properly! we had a morning flight, and the hot water was not working as expected. also the room felt weirdly empty and wasn't as clean as i thought it should be.

the location was acceptable, close to the shopping center.
the room smelled strongly of chlorine, so it was unpleasant. also, there was no bathtub, disappointing considering the price. i found these issues detracted from the overall experience.

The room was large and clean. The bed was super comfortable. It is close to the airport, but quiet. The staff were kind and provided a check in at 12pm instead of 3pm. THANK you.
I paid extra for a balcony. There was no balcony furniture to use. There was only one chair in the room. The hot water system wasn't great. We had luke-warm showers.

The hotel has a location near a shopping center, providing convenient access. I found many restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. This made it easy to find meals and supplies. The staff were helpful when i needed assistance.
The hotel room lacked balcony furniture, limiting the use of the balcony space. There was only one chair available in the room. The hot water system did not provide adequate hot water for showers, the showers were lukewarm

The check-in process was seamless. i was impressed with the standard family room. It was clean and spacious. it was a short walk to a shopping mall (where i found some great deals).
the receptionists were not very friendly. there were no cutlery plates in the room. also, there were no glasses to drink water.

the room was big enough for what i needed and clean.
I found the noise to be a major issue. kids ran around in the corridor and people talked loudly. walls are thin. I could hear neighbors talking. it impacted my sleep.
